What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. We could only hope! What once was sin city is really a nice place to live. There are about 5,000 people who move to Las Vegas each month. That seems incredible. The main industry there is tourism. With all those people and the draw of the casinos, there is a lot of money to be made in that city!
It seems that nothing is small in Vegas and these Las Vegas Highrise Condos do not deviate from the standard. I would love to go visit. I am not sure about live. I guess that most people may start out renting and later buy a home. What do rentals in Vegas cost? Check out the rental property in Las Vegas. (Where are those pretty pennies? ) Homes? Let's look at the resale homes. You just may be able to find a bargain. Looking for a new home? There are plenty. There are even incentives in place for buying. With this now being a buyers market, there may be some really good deals to be found. Some of the incentives are paid closing cost, free upgrades, downpayment assistance. Those are good incentives.
